Sam Bradshaw – President and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Bradshaw is the founder of Triad Energy Corporation and has served as President and Chairman of the Board since inception in 1983.

Prior to founding Triad, Mr. Bradshaw served as Production Manager for Houston Oil & Minerals and Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer for Humble Oil & Refining (ExxonMobil).

Mr. Bradshaw earned his B.S. and M.S. in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Oklahoma. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and is a member of SPE, IPAA, and TIPRO.

Mr. Bradshaw has served as an elder, trustee, adult Sunday school teacher and committee member and chair of Missions and Stewardship of Grace Presbyterian church during the last 26 years.  He has also served several para-church ministries as a board member and board chairman over the last several years.  Some of the organizations include Young Life, Kids Across America, Kardo International, A. D. Players, College of Biblical Studies and Presbyterian Pan American School.

J.N. Wall – Vice President, Land

Mr. Wall has served as the Vice President of Land since 1986. He also serves as the corporate secretary.

Prior to joining Triad, Mr. Wall served as Manager, Finance & Administration for Jones Exploration Company and as Secretary and Treasurer for Duer Wagner & Company. Mr. Wall began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. where he served in the audit practice for 2 years and the tax practice for 3 years.

Mr. Wall earned his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of TSCPA, AICPA, Houston Producer’s Forum, Houston Association of Petroleum Landmen, IPAA, and TIPRO.

Kent Bradshaw – Vice President, Operations & Corporate Development

Mr. Bradshaw joined Triad in January 2004 as Vice President of Corporate Development after having owned and operated his own business for ten years.  In addition to Corporate Development responsibilities, Mr. Bradshaw also became Vice President of Operations in September 2006.

Prior to joining Triad, Mr. Bradshaw was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Business Solutions, Inc., a professional services firm providing information technology solutions. Mr. Bradshaw began his career with Andersen Consulting (Accenture).

Mr. Bradshaw earned his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and M.B.A. from Texas A&M University. He is a member of SPE, IPAA and The Houston Producers' Forum.

Michele Foster – Controller and Treasurer

Ms. Foster has served as Controller and Treasurer of Triad Energy since 1994 after she joined as Assistant Controller in 1993. Prior to joining Triad, Ms. Foster was with Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC).

Ms. Foster earned a B.B.A from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of AICPA and TSCPA.

Robert Glenn – Reserves and Acquisitions Manager

Mr. Glenn joined Triad in 2003 as Reserves and Acquisition Manager and has over 30 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.

Prior to his affiliation with Triad, he served as Vice President Engineering for Lindon Exploration Company and as Vice President Operations for J. M. Huber Corporation. Mr. Glenn began his career with Conoco where he served as an engineer, drilling foreman, and engineering supervisor.

Mr. Glenn earned his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from New Mexico Tech. He is a registered engineer in the state of Texas and is a member of SPE, API, and Houston Producer’s Forum.
