Triad's most significant operated property is the Seeligson
Field located in Jim Wells and Kleberg counties, Texas. The
Triad operated leases in this
property contain 115 active oil and gas wells which produce
about 4.7 MMCFD of gas and 150 barrels of oil and condensate per
day. There are another 97 inactive wells in these leases. Most of the wells are in the Seeligson Field Unit which
encompasses over 18,600 acres. Triad owns and operates a 57%
working interest in the Unit. The unitized zones are a series
of more than 87 Frio sand reservoirs from 4,500 to 6,500 feet
deep. The Seeligson Field has been one of the larger producing
fields in the state with cumulative production of 1.47 TCF of
gas and 236.5 million barrels of oil from the unitized interval.
