
When
does the company distribute revenues?
The Company issues revenue
checks to those owners with balances due greater than $100 around
the 20th - 25th of each month.
Balances less than $100 are released annually each November.
You may request in writing that your balance be paid once it
reaches $25.
What do I do if there is a change in the address
or ownership?
Changes of address should be sent in writing
to the attention of Revenue Accounting. Changes of ownership
should be sent in
writing with appropriate documentation (death certificates, assignments,
etc...) to the attention of the Land Department. See Owner Relations
section of web site for additional details.
I did not receive
my revenue check, what should I do?
You should contact
Revenue Accounting to first verify a check was issued. If a check
was issued, our policy is to wait 45 days
for the check to show up in the mail. After that point, we will
issue a stop payment and reissue the check. If you want a check
reissued before the 45th day, you will be charged a stop payment
fee of $25.00 and the check will be reissued. If a check was
not issued, a reason in our system will be noted and remedial
action may be taken on your request to release suspended monies.
What
do the product codes that show up on my check signify?
O - Oil
G - Gas
P - Plant Products
C - Condensate
Do you escheat monies to States?
Yes, unclaimed royalties are
escheated to various states depending on the individual state's
rules and regulations. At that point,
you will have to contact the appropriate state office to collect
any monies due you. The general time frame mandated to escheat
unclaimed monies is 5 - 7 years.
When does the company issue
accounts payable (vendor) checks?
The company normally does
payable check runs each Wednesday.
Why would a payable be suspended
from payment?
If a tax identification number (TIN) has not been
received. We will always try to contact you for this information
before
putting the payment in suspense.
I show a past due balance
from your company, what should I do?
You should fax a statement
along with copies of any outstanding invoices to the attention
of Accounts Payable. At this
point, we will research the past due balance and get back to
you
with a resolution.

Is the company audited?
Yes, the company is audited by a major
accounting firm each year. The annual audit is not published
as Triad Energy Corporation
is a privately held company. The release of financial information
is strictly limited and subject to the approval of the President
of the Company.
How can I obtain credit information on the company?
The Company
is a Dun & Bradstreet member. Additionally,
credit information is provided to vendors on an as requested
basis. Any requests for credit information should be sent in
writing to the attention of the Controller.
Can I purchase stock
in the company?
No, the company is privately owned.

Bill of Sale) that has been recorded in the applicable county
records. Also, we will need the taxpayer identification number
(TIN) of the transferee (or social security number if an individual

What is needed in order to transfer Mineral
and/or Royalty Interest to a third party?
We request a copy
of the conveyance document (normally a Mineral/Royalty Deed
or an Assignment) that transfers legal
title and has been
recorded in the applicable county records. Also, we will need
the taxpayer identification number (TIN) of the transferee (or
social security number if an individual is the transferee). IRS
Form W-9 may be used to provide this number. Please see the Owner
Relations portion of this web site for more information.
If the
Royalty Interest owner is deceased, what information do the
heirs need to provide to transfer the interest?
We request
a copy of the Death Certificate and Letters Testamentary (or
Letters of Administration) that appoint
the Personal Representative,
Executor or Executrix of the Estate and has been recorded in
the applicable county records. Also, we will need a taxpayer
identification number (TIN) for the Estate and IRS Form W-9
may be used to provide this number. Upon the eventual distribution
of the Estate assets, we will need a copy of the recorded conveyance
document that distributes the assets and conveys legal title
of the mineral/royalty interest to the heirs/beneficiaries.
Also,
we will need current mailing addresses and the TIN or SSN for
all the heirs/beneficiaries. IRS Form W-9 may be used to provide

Why is my well down?
From time to time wells need remedial
work to maintain production.

well on my land?
If possible, please contact the Production
Supervisor in Triad’s
field office (Premont, TX) nearest your land.
All other inquiries relating to other areas or unsuccessful attempts

from time to time hires both office and field employees,
but due to the small size of the company hiring is an infrequent
