Lost, Stolen or Stale Checks

The Company issues revenue checks to those owners with balances due greater than $100 around the 20th - 25th of each month. Balances less than $100 are released annually each November. You may request in writing that your balance be paid once it reaches $25.

Checks are void 90 days after the issue date; therefore, we encourage you to cash them soon after receipt. If you believe your check may be lost or stolen, you may request a stop payment by calling us. Please give your owner number and the month of the check that you did not receive. We will wait until approximately 45 days after check is issued to take action regarding check replacement to allow for sufficient handling by the postal service.

If you misplace and later discover a check that is stale dated (older than 90 days), please return it to the address below, with a request for a replacement. A replacement check will be issued on the next regularly scheduled cycle.
