Triad Energy Corporation (“Triad”) is a privately-owned oil and gas exploration and production company founded by Sam Bradshaw in 1983 and headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Since 1983, Mr. Bradshaw has operated Triad with an experienced staff providing all requisite exploration and production functions which include prospect generation, prospect evaluation, leasing, drilling, developing, operating, and accounting. The Triad team has successfully combined its exploration and development efforts with significant acquisitions and trades that, along with its efforts in Enhanced Oil Recovery projects, have substantially added to the Company's reserve base and strengthened its financial position. In 1983, when Triad was formed, the Company had proved reserves of 1.0 million barrels of oil and 0.7 BCF of gas. As of January 1, 2008, Triad had proved SEC reserves estimated by company engineers to be 1.3 million barrels of oil and 22.6 BCF of gas.

Triad operates 142 active and 133 inactive oil and gas wells in South, West and East Texas and owns interests in 1,496 other wells.  Effective August 1, 2007 Triad strategically divested of virtually all of its' properties in Oklahoma.  The Company's net daily sales were 3.1 MMCF of gas per day and 225 barrels of oil, condensate and NGL's per day in 2007.
